Hey there! It’s nice to meet you!
I’m Brooklyn, the girl behind Mississippi Farm Girl. I grew up on a 40 acre farm in Mississippi with pastures full of happy animals: miniature donkeys, lambs, horses, miniature ponies, cattle, emus, llamas, buffalo, boar goats, dwarf goats, ducks, rabbits, chickens, ferrets, guinea pigs, and of course, pet pigs! As a young child, my parents owned and operated a traveling petting zoo. I loved growing up on the farm and having dozens of animals to play with every day. The bond created with those furry critters is unlike any other and if you’ve purchased one of my Mississippi Farm babies, I know you’ll understand why! I guess you could say I learned very early on in life my passion and love for animals and everything outdoors and never dreamed of living in the city or doing anything differently but to have my own small farm someday.
